The current terms and conditions.
If, for any reason you are not pleased with your parcel, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery, for a refund or exchange. Please include a copy of your receipt. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed. All items must be in original packaging and unopened.
You will be required to pay for return postage to Sensory Life, as well as postage for the parcel to be sent back to you. Postage must include a tracking number.
If you change your mind, the following items cannot be returned.
- Any oral motor items, including but not limited to Chewigem.
- Lycra bed sheets – This is due to hygiene reasons.
Any squeezy items, such as but not limited to; Stress Balls, Fumfings Monster Squishies, Squeezy Animals, Discoballz, Meshables Monkey, Smooshos, Avocado, Unicorn Beal Balls, Stretch Banana.
In the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or refund it. Please email us within 7 business days of receiving your parcel.

Products must be used in accordance to their instructions and under adult supervision, and by children or an appropriate age or stage of development.
Sensory Life accepts no responsibility for inappropriate use of products, including misuse against their instructions and any lack of supervision.
