SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 business hours, once payment has been received.
The majority of orders are sent via Australia Post, we may also use another delivery service. You will receive an email with your tracking number and you can track your order on the Australia Post website. Australia Post delivery times can vary from state to state, please expect some delays with delivery.
Please note, we cannot guarantee postage times, once your parcel has been shipped from us, no refund will be provided should your parcel arrive later than expected.
If you are not home at the nominated postal address when delivery occurs, your parcel may be left in a safe place at the delivery address, or your parcel may be held at your local post office or depot for collection. This is to prevent loss or theft. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your parcel if it becomes lost or stolen.
Postage is a flat rate of $12.95 Australia wide.
